We are excited to announce our 2025 Pastoral Study Days gathering, which is a cornerstone of our diocesan life, providing an invaluable opportunity for pastoral leaders to come together, share insights, and strengthen their commitment to ministry. Here are all the details you need to know:
Date: 10:00 am on June 2 to June 3 at 4:00 pm Location: Arden Park Hotel, 552 Ontario St, Stratford, ON Cost: Maximum of $200 per person (we are currently working on securing sponsorships to help offset the registration cost, final costs will be determined in February). Registration Link: Click here to register. It is helpful if you can register as a team. Registration Deadline: To help us better prepare for this event, please register your team by March 28. Registrations after this date may be subject to an additional fee. To Cancel or Change a Registration: To make changes to an existing registration click here. You can substitute a registration at any time but any cancellations that take place after May 19 may be subject to a cancellation fee. Who is expected to attend: Priests, deacons & lay ecclesial ministers. Who should consider attending: Business managers, school board administrators, campus ministers and chaplaincy leaders. Accomodations: There is a block of rooms available at the Arden Park Hotel at a cost of $239 per night. These rooms will be held until April 1, 2025.

Keynote Speaker: Marcel LeJeune
We are thrilled to welcome Marcel LeJeune, president and founder of Catholic Missionary Disciples, as our keynote speaker this year. Marcel served as the Associate Director of Campus Ministry at St. Mary's Catholic Center at Texas A&M University for 11 years, the largest campus ministry in the world. Previous to that position, he was the Director of Campus Ministry at St. Elizabeth's University Parish at Texas Tech University. He holds a Master of Theological Studies, specializing in Pastoral Theology. This wealth of experience will elevate our conference, taking the inspiring insights shared by Julianne Stanz in 2023 and propelling us into action.As we continue our journey of cultivating the faith, Marcel will provide a fresh perspective on the 'how' of our mission, complementing Julianne's powerful 'why' from 2023. His expertise in forming missionary disciples is exactly what we need to take our next bold steps forward.
Marcel's presentation promises to equip us with practical tools and innovative strategies, empowering each of us to become more effective in our roles as faith cultivators. His dynamic approach will not only inspire but also provide concrete ways to implement what we learn, ensuring that our conference experience translates into real-world impact.
